Woanuunle is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. Any such charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@woanuunle.com within 72 hours of delivery and include:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to product availability.
Lost or Stolen Packages Woanuunle is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking status shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
